MCC Honors Woodbridge Area STARS Grads at a Reception
Local MCC students were recently honored by the college for their achievements.

Among the students graduating from Middlesex County College who are enrolled in the NJ STARS program are students who reside in Woodbridge Township and the surrounding area. The STARS students were recently feted at a reception held in their honor before graduation from MCC.
STARS is a program that pays for tuition for students who have graduated in the top 15 percent of their high school class and go to attend a community college. Many of the students will be transferring to a four-year public college or university in New Jersey under STARS II, which provides a significant scholarship for those who graduate from STARS I with a high grade point average.
