Bear Wanders Into Franklin Lakes Open Garage: Report
The bear went into the garage looking for food.

FRANKLIN LAKES, N.J. — A bear wandered inside a Navaho Trail Drive home Sunday night, the borough's animal control officer said.
The couple said they regularly leave their garage door open, which caused the bear to find food inside, Carol Tyler, the borough's animal control officer, said in an NJ.com report.
The bear left the property before police arrived, according to the report. Police asked the couple not to leave the door open anymore.

"Leaving the door open on their garage or on your shed will attract animals," Tyler said in the report.
