Franklin Lakes Police Arrest Paterson Man for Slew of Charges after Traffic Stop
The driver was allegedly in possession of marijuana and was driving while suspended after being charged with a DWI.

Franklin Lakes police arrested a Paterson man Saturday for a slew of charges, including warrants.
Police pulled over a vehicle on Oct. 25 at 12:41 a.m. on Route 287 and arrested the driver, Jose Guzman, 44, of Paterson, for possession of marijuana and for driving while suspended after being charged with driving while intoxicated, according to Detective Lieutenant John Bakelaar.
Franklin Lakes police also determined that an outstanding warrant existed emanating out of Passaic County for failure to pay child support and a traffic warrant existed emanating out of the Clifton Municipal Court.

Guzman was turned over to the Passaic County Sheriff’s Department.
