Franklin Lakes Rockies Head Coach Dan Gorczycki sent in the above photo and provided a short recap of the Rockies' triumphant victory in the fifth and sixth grade Wyckoff Rec league:

Our Franklin Lakes Rockies won the Wyckoff Recreation League for baseball... the championship game between the Franklin Lakes and Wyckoff champions was held June 9 at Sicomac Elementary School. The Rockies beat the the Wyckoff Phillies coached by Charles Ingenito, 6-5. 

Both teams had 10 and 1 records going into the championship game.  The Rockies built up a 6-0 lead in the championship and then held off a furious late rally by the Phillies for the 6-5 victory.
