More Delays Expected As Franklin Lakes Electrical Work Continues

FRANKLIN LAKES, NJ — Orange & Rockland is continuing utility work this week.

Cable will be installed to seven transformers on Vance Avenue and Devonshire Drive. The work is expected to be completed Friday.

Residents and motorists should expect delays on and around those streets.
