Planning Board Will Discuss ShopRite Application Monday
The Wyckoff Planning Board will hold a special meeting Monday at 7 p.m.
The Wyckoff Planning Board met Wednesday to discuss Insierra Supermarkets application for a ShopRite.
After Mayor Christopher DePhillips "reluctanlty" recused himself from the hearing, only four board members remained, so they were unable to hear any testimony regarding the application.
The Planning Board will hold a special meeting Monday at 7 p.m., for a public hearing of the Insierra Supermarkets application.

The application proposes to demolish the existing supermarket and other commercial buildings located at the crossing of Greenwood and Wyckoff Avenues, and replace them with a ShopRite supermarket. The current buildings cover an area of 69,260 square feet. The proposed supermarket, mezzanine and additional uninhabitable region, would cover 64,502 square feet.
