Both Franklin Lakes and Wyckoff residents will have a 10-day grace period during which they can pay without being charged interest, according to local officials. Residents who pay after the grace period will also have to pay interest.
"There is interest charged, per statute," Franklin Lakes tax collector Philip Moore said. "It goes back to the original date, February 1."
