Rob Santaniello earned the first New Jersey Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Week selection after registering 12 points in a 2-0 opening week of play for Ramapo Ciollege at the Rowan Invitational Tournament.
Santaniello, of Oakland, opened his junior season by netting a hat trick during the Roadrunners’ season-opening 4-2 win over Ithaca. One day later, the speedy forward netted another hat trick, scoring all three goals during Ramapo’s 3-0 shutout of Berkeley.
Santaniello, who earned All-Tournament honors for his play during the Rowan Invitational, currently leads the NJAC in goals with six.
