Nargis Rifflard specializes in residential real estate with 18 years of experience in the industry. She received the 2018 New Jersey Association of Realtors Silver Circle of Excellence Award, following Bronze Awards in 2016 and 2017. She is also a member of the Passaic Board of Realtors, the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service and the Garden State Multiple Listing Service. Before entering the real estate industry, Nargis had 10 years of experience as a project manager in lighting sales, which she credits for her successful transition into real estate.

Scott Rifflard also specializes in residential real estate, and has over 25 years of experience in the home improvement industry. He began his career as a business owner in the residential flooring trades in both Wyckoff and Westwood, NJ. With 12 years spent in residential project management, custom spatial design, sales and customer service, Scott a wealth of experience in meeting customer’s needs. With such a deep expertise in home improvement, Scott brings a unique perspective to the real estate industry that enables his clients to visualize the long-term potential of a home.

Colleen Spence has over 10 years of experience in residential real estate. She started her career as a real estate appraiser before transitioning into her current position as a real estate agent. Colleen is known for her client advocacy and making sure they get the best price, terms and conditions for their home sale and/or purchase.
