VIDEO - PSE&G Responds to Concerns on Solar Panels

Like Glen Rock and Ridgewood before it, PSE&G began installing 3-by-5 foot solar panels on utility poles throughout Wyckoff over the past several weeks, prompting township officials to meet with the utility company in February requesting a moratorium until each municipality had more authority in deciding when and where the panels would be placed.

At the moment the matter is still unresolved. Tuesday evening Mayor Kevin Rooney said a representative from PSE&G would attend the Township Committee's next meeting on April 5th to answer further questions from the public.

Patch caught up with PSE&G spokesman Paul Rosengren, who responded to a variety of concerns.
