World Series Champion Darryl Strawberry To Speak At Wyckoff Church
Strawberry, a four-time champion, will be at Cornerstone Christian Church Sept. 20.

WYCKOFF, NJ — Former New York Met and Yankee Darryl Strawberry will speak at Cornerstone Christian Church Sept. 20.
Strawbery was known as one of the most feared hitters in professional baseball. But his personal life was often plagued with addictions, drug abuse, divorces, cancer and jail time.
His story, church personnel said, is one of redemption that brings hope to others.

Strawberry will share personal stories from his 17-year professional career for the Yankees, Mets and Dodgers and how he was rescued from his troubles and addictions.
Strawberry will not sign autographs and this is not a meet and greet.

Tickets are required to attend. Tickets cost $15 and must be purchased in advance. Tickets will not be sold at the door. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the event begins at 7 p.m.
