Wyckoff Shared Services Agreement Saves Township Money

Nearly half of hundreds of pieces of equipment and items were purchased at lower prices than they were last year.

WYCKOFF, N.J. — The township has saved money by partnering with other municipalities for its recreation equipment needs.

Contracts were awarded to 10 vendors covering more than 200 things like first aid kits, protective equipment and trophies for programs in Wyckoff, Franklin Lakes and Oakland.

Of the 239 items, prices on 98 of them were lower than they were last year, the Township Committee announced.
