Wyckoff Y To Host Healthy Eating Day For Kids

WYCKOFF, NJ - The Wyckoff Family YMCA will host its annual Healthy Kids Day March 19.

The national event will be held at YMCAs throughout the country. Free family yoga and zumba classes will be offered. There will be exhibits and information from dietetic and nursing students will be on hand. There will be information on aquatic and bicycle safety as well.

A professional chef will put on a fun cooking demonstration for kids. Members of the police and fire departments will also attend the event.

Kids in grades 6 to 12 can compete in the Y's Warrior Challenge Obstacle Course. There will be a free Easter egg hunt as well.

The free event will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
