Arrest Report: Criminal Sex Act With Minor, Bank Robberies

The following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation and does not indicate convictions.

• Florence Szabo, of Lindenhurst, was arrested in West Babylon on Jan 20 on multiple charge of first degree identity theft. 
• Tracy Holland, of West Islip, was arrested in Babylon on Jan. 18 on a charge of DWI-1st offense. 
  
• James Theoharidis, of Massapequa, was arrested in Babylon on Jan. 18 on a charge of DWI-1st offense.

• Vincent Montalbano, of Babylon, was arrested in Shirley on Jan. 17 on two counts of second degree criminal sex act: victim younger than 15.
  
• Andrei Viarkovich, of Babylon, was arrested in North Babylon on Jan. 17 on a charge of DWI: previous conviction in the past 10 years.
