Symptoms of Irritable Bowel Syndrome include abdominal cramping and bloating.

Are you feeling abdominal pain, bloating and discomfort?

 You may be experiencing symptoms of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). With IBS, the muscles in your colon don’t contract like they should. Strong or weak contractions in your intestines can cause IBS symptoms like cramping and bloating. With IBS, you can either suffer from constipation, diarrhea, or both.  Although it causes a lot of discomfort, the good news is, IBS doesn’t cause damage to your colon like other digestive conditions do.

Cramping in your abdomen

Changes in how often you have bowel movements

Changes in how your stool looks

Passing gas often

Mucus in your stool
