Five-Course Wine Dinner at Ristorante Gemelli

Ristorante Gemelli in Babylon plans a five-course tasting dinner on Sunday, March 11 featuring wines with each course.

The cost is $85 per person, plus tax and tip. The dinner is from 1 to 5 p.m.

The restaurant, a Main Street mainstay since 1997, also will have a discussion of the wines, as well as entertainment by Italian-American singer Nancy Corvino.

Dinner will include assorted appetizers; a Boston lettuce salad with grilled pineapple, pear, orange, onion and Gorgonzola cheese; sole rollatine; grilled medallions of beef; and a brownie-walnut torte.

The wines include prosecco, dolcetto d'Alba, pinot grigio, Amarone della Valpolicella, and sparkling red wine.
