New Spanish Marketplace Opens In Babylon Village
The new eatery officially opened its doors on Thursday.

BABYLON VILLAGE, NY - A new Spanish market and restaurant officially recently opened its doors in Babylon Village.
NoaMar Markets, located on 238 Deer Park Avenue, held it's opening day on Thursday.
Mayor Ralph Scordino and the Babylon Village Chamber of Commerce stopped by the new business for its grand opening.

Heri Beiro, who was born on the Iberian peninsula of Spain, is the owner and head chef at the new eatery.
"Heri is excited to bring the quality, flavor, and spirit of Spanish traditional cooking to Babylon Village," a post on the market's Facebook page reads.

Joining him at NoaMar is production chef Pierre Rougey, a former instructor at the French Culinary Institute and once the chef at Emerson’s in Babylon.
NoaMar offers a variety of tapas as well as Spanish charcuterie and cheese platters, salads, desserts and montadito, unique tapa-sized rolls of bread similar to a baguette.
In addition, customers can find Spanish meats, oils, cheeses, breads, and more to take a taste of Spain home with them at the marketplace.
