Village Of Babylon Declares State Of Emergency
Residents are asked to move all parked cars from the street.

BABYLON, NY - Village of Babylon Ralph Scordino declared a state of emergency in the village as of Wednesday at 7 a.m. in response to the winter storm.
A total of 6 to 12 inches of snow are expected to accumulate on Wednesday night along with strong wind gusts.
All residents are asked to remove parked cars from the street in order to keep the streets safe for our residents and for emergency vehicles.

Residents are also asked to clear a path if Thursday or Friday is their regular back door pick up for trash.
There is a coastal flood advisory in effect. Residents who are concerned with possible flooding can park in Village municipal lots.
