Week in Review

It was a busy week for news in Douglaston and Little Neck.

A project to construct new sewers and upgrade distilling basins began this week in Little Neck.

The city designated Auburndale for a "slow zone," but does not take Community Board 11's suggestions to create similar zones in Bayside and Douglas Manor.

And the Little Neck Soccer league has been wearing the number of a player from Brooklyn who was fatally shot in late May.
