Free Mammogram Screening in Brooklyn Aug 11, 2014
The Project Renewal SCANVAN is coming to Bed-Stuy!!. This mobile service van provides MAMMOGRAMS for eligible women who are 40 or older and have not had a Mammogram in the past year. All insurance plans are accepted and co-payments/deductibles will be waived. It is FREE for UNINSURED WOMEN. Other services available are Pap Smear and Colo-rectal Cancer screening.
The event will take place at St. George's Episcopal Church (800 Marcy Avenue, Cor of Gates Avenue) in Brooklyn. An appointment is necessary - please call 1-800-564-6868. Assistance for follow up and further testing will be provided.
