North Howard Neighbors Council is the vision of a few neighbors: a vision of cooperation across block associations. It’s a realization that our common concerns - better schools, voter participation, etc - are bigger than our differences, which are perfectly okay to have. North Howard is made from independent block associations agreeing to work together on big issues through committees ranging from education to community emergency prep.
Our introductory session will be Thursday, October 16 @ 6:30 pm,Covenant of Hope Church, 180 Howard Avenue Corner of Bainbridge. Join us.
