Shooting at Graduation party - Quincy nr Marcus Garvey

This recent shooting of 3-5 people 2 nights ago is disheartening and disgusting!  My heart goes out to any of the victims and their families. We heard those shots around 12:45am.  On the news the next morning, the claim was that the shooter had not been caught or ID'd!  I can't believe that NO ONE at that party could ID the suspect(s).  You want to know what the police think when everyone "clams-up?"  That we're just used to this craziness and that we don't deserve to have a better quality of life! Have the courage to speak up and demand better.  Low/middle income black neighborhoods doesn't have to be synonymous with crime unless you allow it by remaining silent.  Demand better!  Have some self-pride...Take a STAND!  SPEAK UP for yourselves!
