Elgin Gallery is pleased to announce, Techno, a solo show by William Witenberg. Techno is the first showing of abstract art at Elgin Gallery. The pieces chosen for Techno reflect the dichotomy of accepting the future and resisting it. The handmade brush strokes are there for us to study, appreciate, and collapse into like the waves they resemble. Yet within these peaceful and sometimes archetypical lines and colors there is the trembling, off-kilter quality that resonates from the human touch, delivered through the ambient vibrations of technology.
Please join us for the opening reception of Techno at Elgin Gallery on Friday, March 14 from 6:30-9 PM. Admission to the gallery is free, and drinks will be provided.
