Two Bed-Stuy Affordable Apartments Up For Grabs Until Thursday
The lottery is about to close for two two-bedroom apartments at 183 Tompkins Ave.
BEDFORD-STUYVESANT, BROOKLYN — There are just two days left to grab one of two affordable housing units in a new building on Tompkins Avenue.
NYC Housing Lottery will be accepting applications for the pair of two-bedroom apartments at 183 Tompkins Ave. only until 11:59 p.m. Thursday.
Each apartment costs $1,114 per month and is available to two applicants who earn between $38,195 and $45,840 a year in total, three applicants who earn between $38,195 and $51,540 a year in total, and four applicants with an income between $38,195 and $57,240 in total.

The newly-constructed building, six-story building is about five blocks from the Myrtle-Willoughby G train station and about eight blocks from the Myrtle-Broadway J, M, Z train station.
