The Grill at Bedford Post Inn Hosts "Festa d'Autunno" Prix-Fixe Celebration of Autumn

The start of Autumn will be celebrated with a “Festa” d’Autunno” at The Grill at Bedford Post on Saturday, October 11, 2014. Chef P.J. Calapa and Wine Director Terence Miller will collaborate on a wine-paired, prix-fixe dinner.

The entree courses include:

1. Branzino with squash and pine nuts

2. Stuffed roasted pig with fennel, garlic and sausage

3. Spit-roasted leg of lamb stuffed with garlic, rosemary and olives

For dessert guests have a choice of apple tart or plum-fig almond cake

The cost is $85 per person for a family-style meal or $125 per person with wine-coupled course. Gratuity and tax are additional.
