Calhoun Athletes Commit to Colleges
Bellmore-Merrick students confirm the next step in their careers.

Student athletes at Sanford H. Calhoun High School, in the Bellmore-Merrick Central High School District, recently announced their commitment to play collegiate level sports when they enter college in the fall.
In a ceremony held in Calhoun’s auditorium, parents and supporters heard from each of the eight student athletes as they discussed their future goals and their decision to attend the school to which they committed.
Assistant Principal Neil Testa emceed the event, introducing each student to the audience. The eight students recognized are:
