• Bayport-Blue Point Remembers 25 Years Later (longislandmediagroup.com) — Students across the Bayport-Blue Point School District, including Blue Point Elementary, marked the 25th anniversary of 9/11 with powerful ceremonies and exhibits that brought history close to home. From World Trade Center artifacts and thousands of flags at the high school to outdoor gatherings with local fire departments, the events helped students of all ages honor victims and understand the day's lasting impact.
