A Jolly Holiday at S.J.S.

It was a practically perfect weekend at St. Joseph's Parish Center in Bronxville. Students of the school presented a rousing rendition of Disney and Cameron MacIntosh's Mary Poppins Jr. to a packed house. In conjunction with Westchester Sandbox Theater, the cast of 27 children practiced daily for six weeks, working diligently to learn their parts, choreography and vocals. At showtime, the bright lights and big crowds did not faze them. In two separate performances, the children in grades 3 through 8 exuded a multitude of talent in the most delightful way! The success of the show would not have been possible if not for the many parent volunteers and staff helping to bring a little Broadway to Bronxville. Bravo to all!
