Mayor Marvin visits The Chapel School First Graders

Bronxville, NY- On Friday, November 3rd , first graders at The Chapel School were treated to a special visit from Bronxville’s Mayor Mary Marvin. Her visit concluded their study about different communities. Prior to the mayor’s visit, the students generated questions about suburban life in Bronxville and the laws and leaders of the surrounding towns. Mayor Marvin reminded the children to always be curious and learn something new every day. Students and teachers learned many new facts about what the mayor does and how she makes sure Bronxville is a safe village in which to live, work and play.
