St. Joseph School Coat Drive

Annual coat drive to benefit "The Sharing Shelf"

Last month, the students of St. Joseph School came together and collected coats to benefit "The Sharing Shelf." Located in Port Chester, The Sharing Shelf is a program of Family Services of Westchester, that collects new and gently used clothing for infants, youth and teens. The clothing is distributed at no cost to children from low-income families in Westchester County through more than 50 social service agencies, food pantries, schools and hospitals.

During the last week of October, the students at St. Joseph School collected coats and then, on October 30, 2018, a team of students and parents organized and delivered the coats to The Sharing Shelf.

St. Joseph School will continue its partnership with The Sharing Shelf for years to come.
