Brooklyn Chef is One Step Closer to Becoming MasterChef
Michelle "Shelly" Flash Cooked Her Way to the Top 20 of MasterChef: Back to Win

Two Brooklyn Chefs attempted to bring the heat in the MasterChef kitchen for a chance to return, but only one has made it to the Top 20. Michelle "Shelly" Flash has earned a white apron and will be competing against other All-Stars for her chance at redemption.
Shelly was originally a contestant on Season 6 of MasterChef. She ranked in 9th place.
For the show’s 12th season, MasterChef brought back 40 fan favorite chefs from past seasons– and even MasterChef Junior cooks who are now competing as adults– for the show's first ever All-Stars season. After narrowing it down to the Top 20, the returning competitors must prove they have what it takes, as they face off in the show's toughest challenges to-date. Shelly and the rest of the Top 20 MasterChef: Back to Win contestants will be judged by award-winning chef Gordon Ramsay, acclaimed chef Aarón Sánchez and renowned restaurateur Joe Bastianich.
