
Brooklyn Cured founder Scott Bridi will show you how to make lamb sausages and poultry sausages that are pork free. He'll discuss the cuts of meat you'd use for each sausage, and what flavors really compliment and bring out the essence of each type of meat. Students in the class will get hands-on practice, and even get to take home some of the fruits of their labor. As an added bonus, participants will have a tasting of the sausages paired with craft beers offered by 61 Local. The sausage and beer tasting is included in the price of admission.
