New Castle police issued an alert at 4 p.m. warning motorists that Route 133 is closed between Edgewood Road and Barnes Road.

Their update at 4:41PM explains that the closure is due to a downed utility pole.

It may be closed until tomorrow morning, they said, warning commuters to choose an alternate route Monday evening and Tuesday morning.
