CHAPPAQUA, NY — New Castle instituted a groundbreaking plastic bag ban this year. Now the company that picks up recyclables in town is adding its own.

The company, SaniPro, will require all recyclables be loose and unbagged and placed in recycling containers.

If recyclables are in plastic bags, they won't be picked up. Instead, this sticker will be affixed to the plastic bag as a reminder, town officials said.
