We specialize in psychiatry services, psychotherapy, medication management, ADHD evaluations, anxiety and depression treatment, postpartum depression support, and advanced options such as Spravato® (Esketamine) treatment for treatment-resistant depression. We also offer same-day appointments and flexible scheduling to help patients access care quickly when they need it most. With offices in White Plains and Williamsburg, Brooklyn, plus virtual visits across NYS, we make high-quality mental health care accessible, supportive, and tailored to each individual. Our providers take the time to listen, create personalized treatment plans, and help patients feel heard every step of the way. I'm currently working with a Pleasantville HS senior on academic writing and college prep, and figured I'd reintroduce myself more broadly as summer prep season approaches. 
 I made a free worksheet for the most common writing problem I see: a thesis that's true but too vague to argue. It walks through three tests (specific / contestable / significant) and the four traps thesis statements usually fall into.
