Exciting Community Art & Talent Show Tuesday, Dec. 6th, 6 PM
Support/Visit Mount Kisco's CLC Group For A Great Night With "Hidden Treasures"
"Hidden Treasures", (https://htreasures.org/) has its annual art show and talent showcase at the Fox Lane High School, 632 South Bedford Road in Bedford, Tuesday, December 6th starting at 6 PM. "Hidden Treasures" is a unit within The CLC Group (www.clcgroup.org), one of Westchester's oldest and largest non-profit organizations for people with developmental disabilities and autism. The organization is based in Mount Kisco and was launched some 34 years ago by retired JP Morgan bank executive Roger Cooper (who remains active with CLC today as its Chairman). There are some 2500 people who receive services from CLC.
Tuesday's art and talent show is an important opportunity where more than fifty people with special needs demonstrate their talent and perform---a project where they have rehearsed, trained, and practiced all year. It is attended by some 200 family members. Sharon Sinnott and the faculty members roll out the welcome carpet for you to come to this special event. Tickets are $10. Some of the music are original songs written by "Hidden Treasures" drama director Billy Ayres. The stage will include modern dance selections, choral group pieces, and even a poetry recital. Janet Calciano will lead off the show with, "God Bless America", and the grand finale where everyone can join in is: "We Are The World".
