Father/Business Owner Makes Time For Health With Kickboxing For Fitness. Managing Time Between Family & Work Can Be Stressful But Getting A Workout In A Few Days A Week Makes It A Bit Easier In Westchester NY
Gianni wear many hats. He is first and foremost a father of three wonderful kids. He is the husband to an an amazing wife. He runs several restaurants. Coaches little league, drives the kids around, helps his friends and so on. This poor guy is always on the run. Yet he understands how important it is to make some time for himself. Allowing himself to fall out of shape is not an option. Allowing himself to gain weight is not an option. If he did how would he be able to keep this pace? He makes it to at least two kickboxing classes a week, more if his schedule allows it. When he is here he understands that quantity of time may not be an option so he makes sure it is all quality time.

Gianni first came into the school on the recommendation of his business partner who had trained with Tiger Schulmann’s in the past. He wanted to find a place for his twins, Giovanni and Adriana to learn self defense. His family quickly became part of our family. About a year or so into the kids training he asked us about the adult classes. Almost all of the parents in the lobby want to step out onto the mat but are at times nervous to ask. He started not long after that and has been kicking butt ever since.
“As parents we all wish we could spend more time with our kids. We also understand that we need to provide for them and to do that we must work. Managing our time to fit in both can seem impossible. When quantity isn’t possible, quality always is.”
As a parent we all want the best for our kids. It is easy to see in Gianni that his family is and will always be his first priority. With all he does to provide for his family it is never lost on him that he still needs to spend time with them. He goes out of his way to make time and he wants to ensure that that time is quality time. Him getting in here to train a few hours a week allows him to relieve stress and feel healthy but more so he does it for his family. So he can better enjoy the few precious hours a week with them. It gives him the energy he needs just to keep up with three kids. This should prove as a lesson to us all. Making sure we are healthy should not be thought of or seen as selfish when we do it for our family. Always remember that when quantity isn’t an option, quality always is.
