Mount Kisco Man Arrested For Allegedly Threatening Ex-Girlfriend Over Phone
Suspect charged with harassment.

A Mount Kisco man was arrested  for allegedly threatening his former girlfriend over the phone, state police from the Somers barrack announced.
Matthew M. Racioppo, 41, has been charged with second degree aggravated harassment, a misdemeanor. The arrest time given was on May 25 at 6:24 p.m. and the Somers barrack was listed as the arrest location. Racioppo was remanded to the Westchester County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail, state police announced. He was arraigned in Somers.Â
