State Police from the Somers barracks arrested a 39-year-old Mount Kisco man for Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor, at about 4:57 a.m. May 4.
Troopers were dispatched to conduct a welfare check on a vehicle and its operator on Lake Road. Interviewing the operator of the car, troopers observed he appeared intoxicated.
He provided a positive breath sample which yielded a Blood Alcohol Content of .14% and was issued traffic tickets ordering him to appear in the Town of Somers Justice Court on May 19.
