The law firm of Shamberg Marwell Hollis Andreycak & Laidlaw, P.C. announces a new "of counsel" relationship with Herodes & Molé, P.C

January 4, 2016—Shamberg Marwell Hollis Andreycak & Laidlaw, P.C. is pleased to announce a new “of counsel” relationship with Herodes & Molé, P.C., bringing new expertise and geographic reach to the Firm and its clients.

Putnam County-based Herodes & Molé, P.C., comprised of attorneys Anthony R. Molé and Jennifer M. Herodes, serves clients throughout the Hudson Valley and New York City and currently serves as counsel to the Town of Lewisboro, the Village of Brewster and the County of Putnam regarding County tax foreclosures and outside litigation. Areas of practice include litigation, corporate and business law, land use & zoning, real estate, municipal law, estate planning, and criminal law.

Mr. Molé has extensive experience providing legal services to municipalities, and currently serves as Town Justice in the Town of Patterson. Mr. Molé represents individuals and development companies before municipal land use boards and litigates in state and federal court. He is a 2000 graduate of Pace Law School.

Ms. Herodes’ practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate law, including real estate financing, representing buyers, sellers, developers, and financial institutions. Ms. Herodes also has significant expertise in municipal law, civil and criminal litigation, and land use and zoning. A 1993 graduate of Pace Law School, Ms. Herodes is also the immediate past Board Chair for the Make-a-Wish Foundation of the Hudson Valley.

Each firm will serve “as counsel” to the other, allowing each firm to more effectively staff matters with experienced attorneys. “We are thrilled to welcome Jennifer and Anthony. Their experience and dedication will allow the Firm to provide even better service to our clients,” said SMHAL Partner Dan Hollis.
