Swastikas Found At Mount Kisco Synagogue's Nursery School

Westchester County Police are asking anyone with information to come forward.

MOUNT KISCO, NY — Westchester County Police are investigating anti-Semitic vandalism at the Bet Torah synagogue on Smith Avenue in Mount Kisco. Staff members told police on Sunday that two swastikas had been spray-painted on the side of the nursery school.

The swastikas were each about 2-feet-by 2-feet in diameter, police said. The wall of the nursery school where the images were spray-painted is adjacent to a playground on the property.

The wall where the swastikas were found is next to the synagogue's playground, police said. The vandalism probably took place overnight Saturday. The area is accessible both on foot and by vehicle.
