SHARE THE NEWS - ORIENTATION RIDE - Saturday - May 17th at 3:00 pm.

You do not have to be a WCC member to join this orientation ride. Come and try it out, we are looking forward to meeting you!

If you are a new member, or want to become
one, this ride is for you. You may be a brand new rider, or someone
with significant cycling experience. You may be new to riding in
groups, or someone who has been riding with another club. This ride
will give you the information and guidance you need to feel comfortable
on future rides with WCC. We begin with a bike check and safety talk,
then do an assessment ride around the SUNY loop. Next we split into two
or three groups with slower riders staying at SUNY and others riding
out for a 20 mile loop. If you have not been riding your bike, please
check, several days ahead of time, that it is operable and that your
tires hold air and are not flatting. Please note- you must sign up in
advance for this ride. If you are a member, sign in to your WCC account
