Commack Gas Station, Dunkin' Donuts Robbed at Gunpoint an Hour Apart
Robberies occurred Monday night, police say.

Police are investigating two armed robberies in Commack that occurred on Monday.
Police say two men, one armed with what appeared to be a handgun, entered the Dunkin’ Donuts at 169 Commack Road at 6:10 p.m. The men fled with money.
About an hour later and few miles away, the American Gas station, located at 365 Veterans Memorial Highway, was robbed by two men in a similar fashion.

No injuries were reported in either robbery. No arrests have been made.
A St. James gas station was also robbed last week by two men. Police did not say if they believe any of the robberies are related.
