The Cheesecake Factory Opens in Bay Shore Tuesday

The Cheesecake Factory will open its doors in Bay Shore on Tuesday.

The restaurant, built on the former site of Boulder Creek Steakhouse at Westfield South Shore Mall, opens for business at 11 a.m.

“We are pleased to welcome The Cheesecake Factory to Westfield South Shore,” said Vanessa Mitton, marketing director of Westfield South Shore and Sunrise. “With a variety of dinner and dessert options, The Cheesecake Factory is sure to be a popular restaurant choice among our shoppers, further enhancing the experience at our center.”

The 8,000 square-foot restaurant can accommodate approximately 210 guests.

The Cheesecake Factory has three others locations on Long Island– in Lake Grove, Westbury and Huntington.

The Bay Shore restaurant, at 1701 Sunrise Highway, Suite A25, will be open seven days a week, Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 1 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
