Duo Attempt To Rob Man Parked At Deer Park Deli: PD

DEER PARK, NY - Two men attempted to rob a man sitting in his car in the parking lot of a Deer Park deli in broad daylight this past weekend, according to Suffolk Police.

The incident was reported Sunday at the Deer Hills Deli on 2122 Deer Park Avenue at 11:45 a.m.

The duo approached the man sitting in his car, threatened with a box cutter and demanded proceeds.

They then fled without proceeds.

No injuries were reported.
