With less than 25 days until Halloween, you are probably starting to think about where to get that perfect get-up for this year. There aren't many in the East Hampton area, but here are some spots to find spooky, traditional, fun or inventive costumes without going too far from home.

They have a wide range of costumes and are open until 7 p.m. on weekdays, so there's plenty of time after school to stop by with the kids. Whether you need temporary tattoos or streaks for your hair, they are perfect one stop shopping for this fun holiday.

2. , in the Reutershan's parking lot, also sells costumes for the family. It's also a great place to pick-up festive items for a Halloween party. You'll be inspired by their themed collections.

3. sells a wide array of costumes for kids, not to mention fabric if you are so inclined to sew your own. While you'd be hard pressed to find one for the price that the store is known for (5 and 10), the prices are still great for this area.

4. in Montauk sells Halloween costumes, just for children. In a phone call to the store on Thursday, we found out workers are in the process of putting out the costumes.

5. Finally, if you are willing to drive a little further west to Bridgehampton, has the expected collection of costumes for kids and adults.
