East Hampton, NY --- Zach Bondy, the acclaimed executive chef at L T Burger in Sag Harbor, will prepare a fabulous dinner for the East End Chef’s Program to be held at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church on November 18 at 6:30 PM. The East End Chef’s program supports college scholarships for local residents.

Chef Bondy will start the program with a creamy butternut squash soup with smoked ricotta and roasted pepitas. The second course will be an Autumn salad with bibb lettuce, local honey crisp apple, chevre, apple vinaigrette with shaved fenne,l and roasted pumpkin. That mouth-watering delight will be followed by a holiday turkey burger with brussel sprouts, pickled red onion, and maple syrup. To top off that delicious meal, there will be a dessert of pumpkin pie milkshake shots. This should prove to be a dinner worthy of the most discerning gourmands. The price at the door is $25. and

The price for the dinner is $25.00, payable at the door. Wine is $5 and water is $1.
