East End Chef's Program Offers Gourmet Dinner at St. Luke's Episcopal Church

East End Chefs will feature the a magnificent gourmet dinner prepared by the chef of a new Watermill restaurant, Manna.

Wednesday, April 20 – 6:30 pm – East End Chefs Program will feature a gourmet dinner prepared by the chef of a new Watermill restaurant, Manna, meaning a sweet gift from above. The chef will offer a variety of hors d’oeuvres , such as duck spring rolls, smoked salmon blini, and wild mushroom crostini topped with truffle oil. The first course will be a house special salad featuring a wide variety of local greens, beets, fresh roasted goat cheese, and a house special dressing. The main course will be fresh local shrimp and asparagus risotto. Dessert will be a traditional Italian Panzaretti, a sweet dough stuffed with fresh ricotta cheese and baked.
