East Hampton Man Apprehended After Driving Drunk Near Wyandanch Lane: Police
The man was seen driving over the white line onto the shoulder, police said.
EAST HAMPTON, NY - An East Hampton man was caught driving drunk near Wyandanch Lane, police said.
According to East Hampton Town Police, Tiaghe Rafael Craine, 22, was arrested on May 15 at 11:04 p.m. after he was seen driving over the white line onto the shoulder of the road.
Craine has a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on his breath, bloodshot and glassy eyes, slurred speech, was unsteady on his feet, and performed poorly on standardized field sobriety tests administered, police said.

He was charged with driving while intoxicated, first offense, a misdemeanor, and was later released on his own recognizance, police said.
