EMTs Rush to Help Injured Bicyclist in East Hampton Saturday: Police

The cyclist stopped short and fell of the bike, police said; no car was involved.

EAST HAMPTON, NY - EMTs rushed to the scene of a bicycle accident in East Hampton this morning, police said.

The accident took place Saturday morning at the corner of Pantigo and Accabonac Roads in East Hampton Village, police said.

East Hampton Village Volunteer Ambulance responded to the scene. But, according to East Hampton Village Police, no car was involved in the accident. The cyclist "stopped short and went over the handlebars," police said.

No serious injuries were reported, police said.
